Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Cihazla ("the app", "we", "us"), a used-iPhone inspection application operated by Mustafa Kuk. By downloading, accessing, or using Cihazla, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to app downloads from the iOS App Store.

App Purpose and Limitations

Cihazla provides hardware tests, health score calculations, diagnostic notes, and price estimates to assist in evaluating second-hand iPhones. The app is an informative diagnostic aid and does not constitute a certified, official, or legally binding inspection report.

Free Checks and In-App Purchase

The first four essential checks and the Quick Report are free. Cihazla offers one optional consumable In-App Purchase called Cihazla Full Test:

One report per purchase: Full Test unlocks the remaining eight advanced checks, critical-risk analysis, health scoring, price assessment, and detailed PDF export for the current report. Each detailed report is purchased separately.
Payment: The localized price is shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed and is processed directly by Apple.
Consumable purchase: Full Test is consumed when applied to a report. Consumable purchases cannot be restored or transferred to another device. Deleting the report or uninstalling the app may remove the locally stored unlock.
Refunds: Refund eligibility and billing inquiries are handled under Apple App Store policies.

User Responsibilities

When inspecting a device, you are solely responsible for physically verifying critical safety and ownership details, including but not limited to Activation Lock (iCloud lock), IMEI match with box/invoice, SIM lock status, and parts history.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Cihazla is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device purchases, selling decisions, or reliance on diagnostic scores or price assessments generated by the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Mustafa Kuk tarafından sunulan Cihazla ("uygulama", "biz") ikinci el iPhone ekspertiz uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Cihazla uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. iOS App Store indirmeleri için Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.

Uygulamanın Amacı ve Sınırları

Cihazla, ikinci el iPhone incelemelerinde destek olmak amacıyla donanım testleri, sağlık puanı, arıza notları ve fiyat değerlendirmesi sunar. Uygulama bilgilendirme amaçlı bir yardımcı araçtır ve resmi veya hukuki olarak bağlayıcı bir ekspertiz raporu yerine geçmez.

Ücretsiz Kontroller ve Uygulama İçi Satın Alma

İlk dört temel kontrol ve Hızlı Rapor ücretsizdir. Cihazla, Cihazla Tam Test adlı isteğe bağlı tek bir tüketilebilir Uygulama İçi Satın Alma (IAP) sunar:

Her satın alma bir rapor içindir: Tam Test; mevcut rapor için kalan sekiz ileri kontrolü, kritik risk analizini, sağlık puanını, fiyat değerlendirmesini ve detaylı PDF paylaşımını açar. Her detaylı rapor ayrı satın alınır.
Ödeme: Onaydan önce yerel fiyat gösterilir. Satın alma onaylandığında ödeme Apple Hesabınıza yansıtılır ve doğrudan Apple tarafından işlenir.
Tüketilebilir satın alma: Tam Test bir rapora uygulandığında tüketilir. Tüketilebilir satın almalar geri yüklenemez veya başka bir cihaza aktarılamaz. Raporun silinmesi ya da uygulamanın kaldırılması, cihazda yerel olarak saklanan erişimin kaybolmasına neden olabilir.
İadeler: İade uygunluğu ve faturalandırma talepleri Apple App Store politikalarına göre Apple tarafından yönetilir.

Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu

Cihaz kontrolü sırasında Activation Lock (iCloud kilidi), IMEI kutu/fatura uyumu, şebeke/SIM durumu ve parça geçmişi gibi kritik güvenlik noktalarını şahsen doğrulamak kullanıcının kendi sorumluluğundadır.

Sorumluluk Reddi

Cihazla uygulaması olduğu gibi sunulmaktadır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulama tarafından üretilen test puanları veya fiyat yorumlarına dayanarak yapılan telefon alım-satım kararlarından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

Değişiklikler ve İletişim
