This Privacy Policy explains how Cihazla ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. Cihazla is a used-iPhone inspection tool operated by Mustafa Kuk. It runs entirely on your device.
Cihazla does not collect any data. There is no account, no sign-up, and no server. We do not operate a backend, we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and no information ever leaves your device unless you personally choose to share a report.
To test the hardware, the app reads the following locally. This information is used to produce your report and is stored only on your device.
Cihazla does not request or access your location, contacts, photo library, calendar, health data, or advertising identifier. The app cannot read a device's IMEI or serial number; where those checks are part of the inspection, the app only shows you instructions to verify them yourself.
Completed inspections are saved as reports in the app's private storage on your device. They are not synced, backed up to our systems, or accessible to us. You can delete any report from the report screen, and removing the app deletes all of them.
Reports are shared only when you tap the share button. The app hands a PDF or plain-text version of the report to the standard iOS share sheet, and you choose the destination (for example Messages, Mail, or Files). We receive no copy and have no visibility into what you send or to whom.
Cihazla contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no crash-reporting services. The app does not send data to any third party. It makes no network requests of its own; the connectivity test only reads the current connection status reported by iOS.
Cihazla is an aid, not a certified inspection. Health scores, warranty estimates, and price assessments are calculated from test results and the values you enter, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Warranty status is estimated from the purchase date you provide and should be verified with an official IMEI lookup. Price assessments are based on the brand-new price you enter and are not investment or valuation advice. Always verify Activation Lock, IMEI, and parts history yourself before purchasing.
Cihazla is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. Because the app collects no data, it holds no information about anyone, including children.
Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All data lives on your device and is under your control. You can revoke camera, microphone, Face ID, or motion permissions at any time in iOS Settings; the related tests will simply be unavailable.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Cihazla ("uygulama", "biz") uygulamasının bilgilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Cihazla, Mustafa Kuk tarafından geliştirilen bir ikinci el iPhone ekspertiz aracıdır ve tamamen cihazınızda çalışır.
Cihazla hiçbir veri toplamaz. Hesap, kayıt ve sunucu yoktur. Arka uç işletmiyoruz; analitik, reklam veya herhangi bir takip kullanmıyoruz. Siz bir raporu paylaşmayı seçmedikçe hiçbir bilgi cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
Donanımı test etmek için uygulama aşağıdakileri yerel olarak okur. Bu bilgiler raporunuzu oluşturmak için kullanılır ve yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Cihazla konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraf kitaplığınızı, takviminizi, sağlık verilerinizi veya reklam tanımlayıcınızı istemez ve erişmez. Uygulama cihazın IMEI veya seri numarasını okuyamaz; bu kontroller ekspertizin parçası olduğunda uygulama yalnızca kendiniz doğrulamanız için yönerge gösterir.
Tamamlanan ekspertizler, cihazınızdaki uygulamaya özel alanda rapor olarak saklanır. Eşitlenmez, sistemlerimize yedeklenmez ve bizim erişimimize açık değildir. Rapor ekranından istediğiniz raporu silebilirsiniz; uygulamayı kaldırmak tümünü siler.
Raporlar yalnızca siz paylaş düğmesine dokunduğunuzda paylaşılır. Uygulama, raporun PDF veya düz metin sürümünü standart iOS paylaşım penceresine verir; hedefi (örneğin Mesajlar, Mail veya Dosyalar) siz seçersiniz. Bize bir kopya ulaşmaz; ne gönderdiğinizi veya kime gönderdiğinizi göremeyiz.
Cihazla'da reklam SDK'sı, analitik SDK'sı veya çökme raporlama hizmeti bulunmaz. Uygulama hiçbir üçüncü tarafa veri göndermez. Kendi başına ağ isteği yapmaz; bağlantı testi yalnızca iOS'un bildirdiği güncel bağlantı durumunu okur.
Cihazla bir yardımcı araçtır, resmî ekspertiz değildir. Sağlık puanı, garanti tahmini ve fiyat değerlendirmesi; test sonuçlarından ve sizin girdiğiniz değerlerden hesaplanır, eksik veya yanlış olabilir. Garanti durumu verdiğiniz satın alma tarihinden tahmin edilir ve resmî IMEI sorgusuyla doğrulanmalıdır. Fiyat değerlendirmesi girdiğiniz sıfır fiyatına dayanır; yatırım veya değerleme tavsiyesi değildir. Satın almadan önce Activation Lock, IMEI ve parça geçmişini mutlaka kendiniz doğrulayın.
Cihazla, 13 yaşından veya kullanıcının ülkesindeki asgari dijital rıza yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulama hiçbir veri toplamadığı için çocuklar dahil hiç kimseye ait bilgi barındırmaz.
Hiçbir kişisel veri tutmadığımız için sizin adınıza erişebileceğimiz, düzeltebileceğimiz, dışa aktarabileceğimiz veya silebileceğimiz bir bilgi yoktur. Tüm veriler cihazınızda ve sizin kontrolünüzdedir. Kamera, mikrofon, Face ID veya hareket izinlerini iOS Ayarlar'dan dilediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz; ilgili testler yalnızca kullanılamaz hale gelir.
