Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of MemoSip, operated by Mustafa Kuk. By using MemoSip, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to downloads from the App Store.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote MemoSip according to the visibility you select. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to post your content.

Acceptable use

You may not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invasive, dangerous, or spam content; impersonate others; manipulate ratings; scrape the service; interfere with security; or use MemoSip to sell regulated goods. Alcohol-related entries must not encourage unsafe or underage consumption.

Moderation

We may review reports and remove content, limit distribution, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. We may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, disputes, or law enforcement requests.

Estimates and safety

Nutrition, caffeine, sugar, calorie, and alcohol information may be estimated and can vary. MemoSip is not a medical, dietary, or safety service. Do not rely on the app for health decisions, allergy safety, intoxication decisions, or emergency guidance.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that community content is accurate.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoSip is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for user content, venue information, product claims, or indirect damages resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using MemoSip or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, or legal requirements.
