Yalnızca sizinle aynı sporu oynayanlarla eşleşirsiniz. O anda o sporda çevrimiçi kimse yoksa oda bekler. Sol üstteki rozetten diğer spora geçmeyi deneyebilir veya arkadaşınıza özel oda kodu gönderebilirsiniz.
Özel Oda Kur'a dokunun, dört harflik kod çıkar. Panoya dokunduğunuzda kod paylaşılır. Arkadaşınız ana ekranda "veya kodla katıl" alanına o kodu yazar. İkinizin de aynı sporu seçmiş olması gerekir.
Üç sebebi olabilir: oyuncu iki takımda da oynamamıştır, rakibiniz o ismi sizden önce yazmıştır, ya da yazım tutmamıştır. Nokta ve kesme işaretlerini atlayabilirsiniz — "jj watt", "oneal", "ac green" hepsi çalışır. Soyadı tek başına yeterli değildir.
Bir maç, hakkı ancak iki oyuncu da hazır olduğunda harcar. Rakip odaya girmeden ayrıldıysa hakkınız durur. Günde 10 ücretsiz hak var ve ABD Doğu Yakası saatiyle gece yarısı yenilenir.
Ana ekranda günlük panonun sağındaki AÇ'a dokunun. Dört oyun var, her birine günde tek hak: Ortak Oyuncu, Takım Avı, Kariyer Rotası ve Oyuncu Zinciri. İlk üçü otuzar saniye. Oyuncu Zinciri Sınırsız üyeliğe özeldir.
Satın alma ekranını açıp Satın Alımları Geri Yükle'ye dokunun. Satın alma sırasında kullandığınız Apple Kimliğiyle ve aynı 321 hesabıyla giriş yapmış olmanız gerekir. Yine gelmezse makbuzla birlikte bize yazın.
Cihazınızda Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler yolunu izleyin. İptal ettiğinizde ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar sınırsız oynamaya devam edersiniz. İade talepleri Apple üzerinden: reportaproblem.apple.com
Profil → Kullanıcı Adını Değiştir. Ad herkese açık olduğu için otomatik bir filtreden geçer.
Aynı yöntemle (e-posta, Google veya Apple) giriş yapın; istatistikleriniz, arkadaşlarınız ve haklarınız hesabınıza bağlıdır, cihaza değil.
Veri herkese açık kadro kayıtlarından derleniyor ve hata olabiliyor. Hangi oyuncu ve hangi takım olduğunu yazarsanız düzeltiriz.
Profil → Hesap → Hesabımı sil. İşlem geri alınamaz; istatistikleriniz, arkadaşlarınız ve kalan maç haklarınız silinir. Uygulamaya giremiyorsanız kullanıcı adınızla bize yazın.

You only match with players on the same sport as you. If nobody is online on that sport at that moment, the room waits. Try switching sports from the badge at the top left, or send a friend a private room code.
Tap Create Private Room and you get a four-letter code. Tapping the board shares it. Your friend types that code into "or join with a code" on the home screen. You both need to be on the same sport.
Three possible reasons: the player never played for both teams, your opponent typed that name first, or the spelling didn't match. You can skip dots and apostrophes — "jj watt", "oneal", and "ac green" all work. A surname on its own is not enough.
A match only spends a play once both players are ready. If your opponent left before joining, you keep it. You get 10 free plays a day, reset at midnight US Eastern time.
On the home screen, tap OPEN on the daily board. There are four games, one try each per day: Shared Player, Team Hunt, Career Route, and Player Chain. The first three are thirty seconds each. Player Chain requires Unlimited.
Open the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in with the Apple ID you bought with and the same 321 account. If it still doesn't show, write to us with the receipt.
On your device go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep unlimited play until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Profile → Change Username. Because the name is public it passes through an automatic filter.
Sign in with the same method (email, Google, or Apple). Your statistics, friends, and credits belong to your account, not to the device.
The data is compiled from public roster records and can contain mistakes. Tell us which player and which team and we'll fix it.
Profile → Account → Delete my account. This cannot be undone; your statistics, friends, and remaining credits are deleted. If you can't get into the app, write to us with your username.
