Lisans
Size, uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında
App Store kurallarının izin verdiği ölçüde kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla
kullanmanız için devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama size satılmıyor,
lisanslanıyor.
Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, kiralayamaz, satamaz, dağıtamaz, kaynak koduna
dönüştürmeye çalışamaz veya değiştiremezsiniz. Uygulamadaki yazılım, tasarım ve
metinlerin hakları bize aittir.
321 nedir
Tahtada iki takım belirir; ikisinde de forma giymiş bir oyuncunun adını
yazmaya çalışırsınız. Maçlar canlıdır: karşınızda gerçek bir oyuncu vardır ve
üç turu önce alan kazanır. Tur başına otuz saniyeniz olur.
Ayrıca her gün dört tek kişilik oyun, beş takımlık Beş Forma modu, haftalık
ve aylık liderlik tabloları, arkadaş listesi ve kariyer rütbesi bulunur.
Oyundaki Amerikan futbolu ve basketbol oyuncu ve takım bilgileri herkese açık
kadro kayıtlarından derlenmiştir. Bu uygulama hiçbir profesyonel spor
ligi, takım veya oyuncu birliğiyle bağlantılı değildir ve onlar tarafından
desteklenmemektedir. Takım adları yalnızca bilgi yarışmasının cevabı
olarak, tanımlama amacıyla geçer.
Hesabınız
Hesap açmak için e-posta, Google veya Apple ile giriş yapmanız gerekir.
Oynamak için hesap zorunludur; maçlar iki oyuncu arasında sunucu üzerinden
yürür.
Kullanıcı adınız herkese açıktır. Küfür, hakaret, ayrımcılık içeren veya
başkasını taklit eden adlar kabul edilmez. Uygunsuz bulunan bir adı
değiştirmenizi isteyebilir, gerekirse hesabı kapatabiliriz.
Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı başkasıyla
paylaşmayın.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Profil → Hesap → Hesabımı sil
yolundan silebilirsiniz.
Adil oyun
Otomatik araç, bot veya oyunu değiştiren yazılım kullanmayın.
Skorları, liderlik tablolarını veya maç haklarını manipüle etmeye
çalışmayın.
Aynı kişinin birden çok hesapla kendi kendine karşı oynayarak sıralamayı
şişirmesi yasaktır.
Sunucuya aşırı yük bindirecek veya diğer oyuncuların oynamasını
engelleyecek davranışlarda bulunmayın.
Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesapları uyarmadan askıya alabilir veya
kapatabiliriz. Kapatılan hesapta kalan maç hakları iade edilmez.
Maç hakları ve satın almalar
Her gün 10 maç ücretsizdir. Günlük hak, ABD Doğu Yakası
saatiyle gece yarısı yenilenir ve devretmez. Daha fazla oynamak isterseniz ek
maç paketi alabilir veya aylık sınırsız aboneliğe geçebilirsiniz. Satın
alınan haklar yalnızca maç sayısını artırır; oyunun kurallarını, soruların
zorluğunu veya kazanma ihtimalinizi değiştirmez.
Bir maç, hakkı ancak iki oyuncu da hazır olduğunda harcar.
Rakip odaya girmeden ayrılırsa hakkınız düşmez.
Aylık sınırsız aboneliği olan bir kullanıcı özel oda
kurduğunda, o odaya katılan rakibin maç hakkı düşmez; maçın bedeli aboneye
aittir. Bu yalnızca özel odalarda geçerlidir — açık odalarda ve hızlı
eşleşmede her oyuncunun kendi hakkı kullanılır.
5 Maç Hakkı ve 20 Maç Hakkı tek seferlik
satın alımlardır. Süresi dolmaz, hesabınızda kalır ve günlük ücretsiz
haklarınız bittikten sonra kullanılır.
Sınırsız — Aylık, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
Abonelik boyunca günlük sınır uygulanmaz, günlük Oyuncu Zinciri oyunu
açılır ve kurduğunuz özel odalarda rakibin hakkını siz karşılarsınız.
Abonelik süresi 1 aydır ve her ay kendiliğinden yenilenir.
Güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında, kendi para biriminizle gösterilir.
Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Kimliğinize yansıtılır.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse
otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat
içinde tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler
bölümünden istediğiniz zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal
ettiğinizde ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar sınırsız oynamaya devam
edersiniz.
Cihaz değiştirdiğinizde veya uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda satın
alma ekranındaki Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile haklarınızı
geri getirebilirsiniz. Aynı hesapla giriş yapmanız gerekir.
İade
Tüm ödemeler Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeleri de Apple yürütür.

adresine gidin. Biz sizin adınıza iade yapamıyoruz.
Liderlik tabloları
Haftalık ve aylık tablolar dönem sonunda sıfırlanır. Hile tespit edilen
hesapların dereceleri silinir. Tabloların bir ödül vaadi değildir; tanıtım
yaparsak koşulları ayrıca duyururuz.
Arkadaşlar ve davetler
Arkadaş ekleyebilir, çevrimiçi olduğunuzda davet gönderebilirsiniz. Rahatsız
edici davranış gördüğünüzde arkadaşlıktan çıkarabilir ve bize bildirebilirsiniz.
Hizmetin sürekliliği
Uygulamayı olduğu gibi sunuyoruz. Bakım, teknik arıza veya servis
sağlayıcılarımızdaki kesintiler nedeniyle hizmet geçici olarak durabilir.
Uygulamayı tamamen kapatmaya karar verirsek makul bir süre önce haber verir ve
o sırada aktif abonelikleri yenilemeye kapatırız.
Sorumluluk
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı
zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğumuz her hâlükârda son 12 ayda bize
ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar
saklıdır.
Apple ile ilgili maddeler
Bu sözleşme sizinle bizim aramızdadır; Apple taraf değildir.
Uygulamanın bakımı ve desteği bize aittir; Apple'ın bu konuda yükümlülüğü
yoktur.
Uygulama geçerli bir garantiyi karşılamazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz;
Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Bunun ötesinde Apple'ın garanti
yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk ve fikri mülkiyet ihlali iddialarının
ele alınmasından biz sorumluyuz.
Apple ve iştirakleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve
koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
ABD ambargosu altındaki bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD'nin yasaklı
taraflar listelerinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Koşulları güncellersek sayfanın üstündeki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli
değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam
etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak
bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu koruyucu hükümleri saklıdır.

By downloading 321, creating an account, or playing, you accept
these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple device
you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the
App Store rules. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
You may not copy, rent, sell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the
app. The software, design, and text in the app remain ours.
What 321 is
Two teams appear on the board and you try to type the name of a player who
suited up for both. Matches are live: a real opponent is playing against you,
and the first to three rounds wins. You get thirty seconds a round.
There are also four single-player games every day, a five-team Five Shirts
mode, weekly and monthly leaderboards, a friend list, and a career rank.
The pro football and basketball player and team information in the game is
compiled from public roster records. This app is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports league, team, or players'
association. Team names appear only as trivia answers, for
identification.
Your account
You need to sign in with email, Google, or Apple. An account is required
to play, because matches run between two players through our server.
Your username is public. Names that are abusive, discriminatory, or that
impersonate someone else are not allowed. We may ask you to change a name
found unsuitable and, if needed, close the account.
You are responsible for your account's security. Do not share it.
You can delete your account any time from
Profile → Account → Delete my account.
Fair play
Do not use automated tools, bots, or software that modifies the game.
Do not try to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or match credits.
Playing against yourself on multiple accounts to inflate your standing is
prohibited.
Do not overload the server or prevent other players from playing.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules without warning.
Match credits left on a closed account are not refunded.
Match credits and purchases
Ten matches a day are free. The daily allowance resets at
midnight US Eastern time and does not carry over. To play more you can buy a
match pack or move to the monthly unlimited subscription. Purchased credits
only increase how many matches you can play; they do not change the rules,
the difficulty, or your chance of winning.
A match only spends a credit once both players are ready.
If your opponent leaves before the match starts, you keep your credit.
When a user with the monthly subscription creates a private room,
the opponent who joins does not spend a credit; the subscriber covers the
match. This applies to private rooms only — in public rooms and quick match,
each player spends their own credit.
5 Match Credits and 20 Match Credits are
one-time purchases. They never expire, stay on your account, and are used
after your free daily credits run out.
Unlimited — Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription.
While it is active there is no daily limit, the daily Player Chain game is
unlocked, and you cover your opponent's credit in private rooms you host.
The subscription period is 1 month and renews
automatically each month.
Current prices are shown on the purchase screen in your own currency. The
charge is applied to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within
the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. After
cancelling you keep unlimited play until the end of the period you paid
for.
When you change devices or reinstall, use Restore Purchases
on the purchase screen to get your credits back. You need to sign in with
the same account.
Refunds
All payments go through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Go to
reportaproblem.apple.com to
request one. We cannot issue refunds on your behalf.
Leaderboards
Weekly and monthly tables reset at the end of each period. Standings from
accounts caught cheating are removed. The tables are not a promise of a prize;
if we run a promotion, we announce its terms separately.
Friends and invites
You can add friends and send invites when you are online. If you see
behaviour that bothers you, you can unfriend and report it to us.
Availability
We provide the app as is. Service may pause temporarily for maintenance,
technical faults, or outages at our providers. If we decide to shut the app
down entirely, we give reasonable notice and stop renewing active
subscriptions at that point.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising
from use of the app. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid us
in the last 12 months. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Apple-specific terms
This agreement is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it.
We are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app; Apple
has no obligation to provide it.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify
Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Beyond that, Apple has no
warranty obligation.
We are responsible for addressing product liability claims, regulatory
compliance, and intellectual property infringement claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this
agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US
embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we change the date at the top of the page, and we
announce important changes inside the app. Continuing to play after a change
means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory
consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
