By using Votora you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Votora is operated by Mustafa Kuk.
Votora is a weekly car showcase. You can publish your car (photos, title, model year and a description), vote on other people's cars, save favorites, and compete on a weekly leaderboard. Each week has a theme, and scores reset every week.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it in the app. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post:
You can report objectionable content or block an abusive user from within the app, or email us at mstfkuk@gmail.com. We review reports and remove violating content and the users responsible within 24 hours, without warning.
Each person gets one vote per car. The weekly leaderboard is decided purely by votes from real accounts. Manipulating votes — through extra accounts, bots, or vote trading — will get your car removed and may end your account.
Votora offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions — Pro, Pro+ and Elite — that unlock extra features (such as more photos and cars per week, seeing who liked your car, badges, weekly stats, a career archive and premium sharing). Votora contains no ads on any plan, free or paid.
All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly. If something you paid for didn't work, email us and we'll try to make it right.
We do our best to keep Votora running, but we don't promise it will always be available or bug-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut the service down, we'll give notice in the app where we reasonably can.
Votora is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
If we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Votora after that means you accept the new terms.

Votora'yı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma. Votora, Mustafa Kuk tarafından işletilir.
Votora haftalık bir araba vitrinidir. Arabanı yayınlayabilir (fotoğraflar, başlık, model yılı ve açıklama), başkalarının arabalarına oy verebilir, favori kaydedebilir ve haftalık liderlik tablosunda yarışabilirsin. Her haftanın bir teması vardır ve puanlar her hafta sıfırlanır.
Paylaştığın içeriğin sahibi sensin. Paylaşarak, onu uygulamada göstermemize izin verirsin. Uygunsuz içerik veya kötüye kullanıma karşı sıfır tolerans vardır. Şunları paylaşmamayı kabul edersin:
Uygulama içinden uygunsuz içeriği şikâyet edebilir veya kötü niyetli bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsin; ayrıca mstfkuk@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin. Şikâyetleri inceler, kural ihlali eden içeriği ve sorumlu kullanıcıları 24 saat içinde, uyarı yapmadan kaldırırız.
Her kişi araba başına bir oy kullanır. Haftalık liderlik tablosu tamamen gerçek hesaplardan gelen oylarla belirlenir. Oyları manipüle etmek — ekstra hesaplar, botlar veya oy takasıyla — arabanın kaldırılmasına ve hesabının kapatılmasına yol açar.
Votora, ekstra özellikleri açan isteğe bağlı otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunar — Pro, Pro+ ve Elite (ör. haftada daha fazla foto ve araba, arabanı kimlerin beğendiğini görme, rozetler, haftalık istatistikler, kariyer arşivi ve premium paylaşım). Votora'da hiçbir planda reklam yoktur — ücretsiz de dahil.
Tüm satın almalar Apple tarafından yönetilir, dolayısıyla iadeler de Apple tarafından yapılır. Talep için reportaproblem.apple.com adresini ziyaret et. Doğrudan iade yapamayız. Ödediğin bir şey çalışmadıysa bize yaz, düzeltmeye çalışalım.
Votora'yı çalışır tutmak için elimizden geleni yaparız ama her zaman erişilebilir veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Özellikleri değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz. Hizmeti kapatırsak, makul ölçüde uygulamada haber veririz.
Votora "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanmandan doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir şey, ülkenin tüketici yasaları kapsamındaki haklarını sınırlamaz.
Bu koşullarda önemli bir değişiklik yaparsak, yukarıdaki tarihi günceller ve uygulamada haber veririz. Sonrasında Votora'yı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
