Lisans
Size, uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında App
Store kurallarının izin verdiği ölçüde kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla
kullanmanız için devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama size satılmıyor,
lisanslanıyor.
Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, kiralayamaz, satamaz, dağıtamaz, kaynak koduna
dönüştürmeye çalışamaz, değiştiremez veya içindeki veri paketini toplu olarak
çıkarıp yeniden yayınlayamazsınız. Uygulamadaki yazılım, tasarım ve metinlerin
hakları bize aittir.
DraftWard nedir
DraftWard, Dota 2 için profesyonel maç verisine dayalı bir yardımcı
uygulamadır: üst bardaki hero'ları ekran görüntüsünden veya fotoğraftan tanır,
rakip kadroya göre hero ve build önerir, son dört ana patch'in pro maç arşivini
gösterir.
Öneriler geçmiş pro maçların istatistiklerinden hesaplanır. Bir maçı
kazanacağınızı garanti etmez; az sayıda maça dayanan oranlar yanıltıcı
olabilir. Pozisyonlar tahminidir ve hero tanıma hatalı olabilir; sonucu
kullanmadan önce kontrol etmeniz sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Maç verisi OpenDota'nın herkese açık
verisinden derlenir. Dota 2, Valve Corporation'ın ticari markasıdır.
DraftWard Valve ile bağlantılı değildir ve Valve tarafından
onaylanmamıştır. Oyun, hero ve item adları ile görselleri yalnızca
tanımlama amacıyla kullanılır ve sahiplerine aittir.
DraftWard oyunun dosyalarına, belleğine veya ağ trafiğine erişmez; uygulamayı
oyun içinde hile veya otomasyon aracı olarak kullanamazsınız.
Ücretsiz kullanım ve satın almalar
Her gün 2 maç analizi ücretsizdir. Bir maç analizi; üst bar
taraması ve o maç için build ekranından oluşur, aynı maçı tekrar açmak ikinci
hak harcamaz. Ücretsiz haklar cihazınızın saatiyle gece yarısı yenilenir ve
devretmez. Arşiv, hero sayfaları, oyuncu sayfaları ve öneri listesi her zaman
ücretsizdir.
Günlük geçiş, tek seferlik bir satın alımdır. Satın
aldığınız andan itibaren 24 saat boyunca sınırsız analiz
sağlar ve otomatik yenilenmez. Tüketilebilir bir ürün olduğu için başka bir
cihaza taşınamaz ve geri yüklenemez.
Aylık abonelik, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir.
Abonelik boyunca günlük sınır uygulanmaz.
Abonelik süresi 1 aydır ve her ay kendiliğinden yenilenir.
Güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında, kendi para biriminizle gösterilir.
Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Kimliğinize yansıtılır.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse
otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat
içinde tahsil edilir.
Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler
bölümünden istediğiniz zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal
ettiğinizde ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar sınırsız kullanmaya devam
edersiniz.
Cihaz değiştirdiğinizde veya uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda aboneliğinizi
satın alma ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle ile aynı
Apple Kimliği üzerinden geri getirebilirsiniz.
Satın almalar yalnızca kullanım sınırını kaldırır; verinin içeriğini veya
önerilerin kendisini değiştirmez.
İade
Tüm ödemeler Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeleri de Apple yürütür. Talep
için reportaproblem.apple.com
adresine gidin. Biz sizin adınıza iade yapamıyoruz.
Veri güncellemeleri
Pro maç verisi uygulamanın içinde gelir ve uygulama güncellemeleriyle
yenilenir. Yeni bir ana patch geldiğinde en eski patch paketten çıkarılır.
Verinin her zaman en güncel turnuvaları içereceğini garanti etmeyiz.
Hizmetin sürekliliği
Uygulamayı olduğu gibi sunuyoruz. Uygulamayı yayından kaldırmaya karar
verirsek makul bir süre önce haber verir ve o sırada aktif abonelikleri yenilemeye
kapatırız.
Sorumluluk
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından, önerilerden veya maç
sonuçlarından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğumuz her
hâlükârda son 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak sahip
olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
Apple ile ilgili maddeler
Bu sözleşme sizinle bizim aramızdadır; Apple taraf değildir.
Uygulamanın bakımı ve desteği bize aittir; Apple'ın bu konuda yükümlülüğü
yoktur.
Uygulama geçerli bir garantiyi karşılamazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz;
Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Bunun ötesinde Apple'ın garanti
yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk ve fikri mülkiyet ihlali iddialarının
ele alınmasından biz sorumluyuz.
Apple ve iştirakleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve
koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
ABD ambargosu altındaki bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD'nin yasaklı
taraflar listelerinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Koşulları güncellersek sayfanın üstündeki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli
değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam
etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz
ülkenin zorunlu koruyucu hükümleri saklıdır.

By downloading or using DraftWard you accept these terms. If you do not accept
them, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple device you
own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the App
Store rules. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
You may not copy, rent, sell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the app,
or extract and republish its bundled data in bulk. The software, design, and text
in the app remain ours.
What DraftWard is
DraftWard is a companion app for Dota 2 built on professional match data: it
recognizes the heroes on the top bar from a screenshot or photo, suggests heroes
and builds for the enemy lineup, and shows a pro match archive of the last four
major patches.
Suggestions are calculated from statistics of past pro matches. They do
not guarantee that you will win a match; rates based on few matches can
be misleading. Positions are estimated and hero recognition can be wrong; it is
your responsibility to check the result before relying on it.
Match data is compiled from OpenDota's
public data. Dota 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation. DraftWard is not
affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Game, hero and item names and
images are used for identification only and belong to their owners.
DraftWard does not access the game's files, memory, or network traffic; you may
not use the app as a cheat or automation tool in the game.
Free use and purchases
Two match analyses a day are free. A match analysis is a
top-bar scan plus the build screen for that match; reopening the same match does
not use a second one. Free analyses reset at midnight on your device's clock and
do not carry over. The archive, hero pages, player pages and suggestion list are
always free.
Day pass is a one-time purchase. It gives unlimited analysis
for 24 hours from the moment you buy it and does not renew.
Because it is a consumable, it cannot be moved to another device or
restored.
Monthly subscription is an auto-renewing subscription. While
it is active there is no daily limit.
The subscription period is 1 month and renews automatically
each month.
Current prices are shown on the purchase screen in your own currency. The
charge is applied to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within the 24
hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. After
cancelling you keep unlimited use until the end of the period you paid for.
When you change devices or reinstall, use Restore purchases
on the purchase screen with the same Apple ID to get your subscription
back.
Purchases only remove the usage limit; they do not change the data or the
suggestions themselves.
Refunds
All payments go through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Go to
reportaproblem.apple.com to request
one. We cannot issue refunds on your behalf.
Data updates
Pro match data ships inside the app and is refreshed with app updates. When a
new major patch arrives, the oldest patch leaves the package. We don't guarantee
the data always includes the latest tournaments.
Availability
We provide the app as is. If we decide to remove the app, we give reasonable
notice and stop renewing active subscriptions at that point.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising
from use of the app, its suggestions, or match outcomes. In any case our liability
is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Your statutory rights as a
consumer are unaffected.
Apple-specific terms
This agreement is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it.
We are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app; Apple has
no obligation to provide it.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple,
and Apple may refund the purchase price. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty
obligation.
We are responsible for addressing product liability claims, regulatory
compliance, and intellectual property infringement claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement
and have the right to enforce it against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo
and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we change the date at the top of the page, and we
announce important changes inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a
change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory
consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
