This Privacy Policy explains how Crowd90 ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. Crowd90 is a live football community app operated by Mustafa Kuk. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to this policy.
You may browse in guest mode without an account. If you create an account using email and password, Google, or Sign in with Apple, we process your email address, authentication identifier, and the nickname and team preference you choose. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email, Apple provides a private relay address instead of your real email.
We store the comments and poll questions you submit, poll choices and support votes, comment likes, content reports, and your blocked-user list. Comments, polls, nicknames, team side, match minute, like totals, and poll totals are public to other Crowd90 users. Reports and blocked-user lists are not public.
With your permission, Crowd90 reads your precise location while you use the app to calculate your distance from a stadium and decide whether participation features are available. Your coordinates are processed on your device and are not stored in our database or shared with other users. We store only the participation result attached to a comment, such as whether it was posted from within the stadium area. You can deny location access and continue browsing, but location-gated commenting, voting, and reactions will be unavailable.
The full-featured demo uses pre-populated local data. Actions performed in demo mode remain on the device for that session and are not written to your Crowd90 account or cloud database.
Crowd90 does not display advertising and does not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
We do not sell your personal information. Content you intentionally publish is visible to other users as described above. Other information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app or where required by law.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete it in the app by opening Profile → Account and Data → Delete my account permanently and confirming twice. This deletes your profile, comments, polls, reports, blocked-user list, and Firebase Authentication account. You may also request assistance at mstfkuk@gmail.com.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication, and database access controls. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Crowd90 is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

İzninizle Crowd90, stadyuma uzaklığınızı hesaplamak ve katılım özelliklerinin açık olup olmadığına karar vermek için uygulamayı kullanırken hassas konumunuzu okur. Koordinatlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir; veritabanımızda saklanmaz ve diğer kullanıcılarla paylaşılmaz. Bir yorumla birlikte yalnızca stadyum alanından gönderilip gönderilmediği gibi katılım sonucu saklanır. Konum iznini reddedip içerikleri okumaya devam edebilirsiniz; ancak konuma bağlı yorum, oy ve tepki özellikleri kullanılamaz.
Tam özellikli demo önceden hazırlanmış yerel verileri kullanır. Demo modundaki işlemler o oturumda cihazda kalır; Crowd90 hesabınıza veya bulut veritabanına yazılmaz.

Hesap verileriniz hesabınız etkin olduğu sürece saklanır. Profil → Hesap ve veriler → Hesabımı kalıcı olarak sil yolunu izleyip iki kez onaylayarak hesabınızı kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem profilinizi, yorumlarınızı, anketlerinizi, şikâyetlerinizi, engellenen kullanıcı listenizi ve Firebase Authentication hesabınızı siler. mstfkuk@gmail.com adresinden de yardım isteyebilirsiniz.
Şifreli bağlantılar (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication ve veritabanı erişim kontrolleri kullanırız. Hiçbir iletim veya saklama yöntemi tamamen güvenli değildir.
Crowd90, 13 yaşından veya kullanıcının ülkesindeki asgari dijital rıza yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin.
